Born in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Health Screening Solutions [HSS] was founded by a team of logistics experts responding to the need for high-volume, on-site, population screening and vaccination.
With decades of experience in developing, producing and managing the logistics of major concert, sporting and destination events (30k+ attendees per day), HSS is uniquely positioned to safely & efficiently process large crowds of people.
In partnership with a team of qualified & experienced healthcare advisors and professionals, HSS employs our network of resources to assist organizations and municipalities in implementing and executing re-opening and pandemic response strategies, including testing regimens, vaccination services, social distancing plans and other best practices.
INFRASTRUCTURE & SITE DESIGN
It all starts with the vaccination and/or testing location. Based on your needs, our logistics staff, alongside an experienced and qualified team of healthcare professionals, will help recommend a site and strategy that allows for us to conduct testing and vaccinating as safely and efficiently as possible.
VENDOR & SITE MANAGEMENT
Once a location has been identified, we contract with all necessary site-vendors to provide infrastructure needs such as tents, barricades, IT / data & bandwidth capabilities, tables, chairs, mobile offices, restrooms, video screens, signage, power, lighting, etc.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
MEDICAL SUPPLIES & PPE NETWORK: HSS works with procurement officers and wholesale dealers to manage inventory and monitor global supply levels in order to ensure that high quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other integral supplies are always in stock.
HCP NETWORK: Additionally, HSS has relationships with regional agencies who provide us with licensed and vetted healthcare professionals to oversee and administer the Covid testing and vaccinations. Our HCPs help to ensure vaccines are properly administered, and testing samples are collected in accordance with all federal, state & local guidelines.
